Which reply is natural?
”Isn’t it great that we’re all here?”
”It sure is.” OR “That it is.”

In my experience few people would reply "That it is". It seems either old-fashioned, or possibly restricted to certain regions or dialects. "It sure is" is pretty normal and natural (to me, as a BrE speaker, it has an AmE tinge).
