Which (Relative Pronoun)

Hi! Are these ok? For 4 and 5 would it be best to use "A or An" instead of "The"? The questions would be " Tell me a fruit which is sweet?" "Tell me an animal which runs very fast?" ect. Thanks, Fulvio

1. The cheetah is an animal which runs very fast.
2. The elephant is an animal which has very big ears.
3. The giraffe is an animal which has a long neck.
4. The orange is a fruit which is sweet.
5. The lemon is a fruit which is sour.
