Which question tag to use?

In the following sentence, which question tag it is suppose I should use?
She wasn’t used to him but she soon has got used to it, hasn’t she?
OR:
She wasn’t used to him but she soon has got used to it, was she?
May be it depends on which verb (to be, or to have) (wasn't used to, or has got used to) I want put emphasis to?
And thank you in advance.
Eladio

'Was she' is wrong no matter which you stress. The tag matches the clause which the speaker wishes confirmed by the listener-- which in this case is the second one.

She wasn’t used to him but she soon [has]got used to [it] HIM, DIDN'T she?

You can't use the present perfect in this case, Eladio because of the presence of . indicates that it's a finished action. Take away and then you can have,

She wasn’t used to him but she has gotten used to HIM [it], HASN'T she?

She wasn’t used to him, was she?

Sorry but I don't understand. First, your (just the truth) two short final sentences are the same. But this is not the more important point. I though (and I think I've read somewhere) that "I got used to drinking" is the same as "I have got used to drinking" and "I have gotten used to drinking". Is this correct?

JT: Sorry about that, Eladio. I should have only typed in one sentence.

{here has the same modal meaning as in the BeeGees song. It means "it would have been "a good thing" if I had only typed in one sentence}

Eladio: But this is not the more important point.

Thank you. Now I think I've got it.
