We are the world is music.
Why there is no article a?
We are the world is a music.
I think this one is gramatical to me...Because what we usually say is "This is a thing. That is a thing." We don't say "This is thing."
Sorry for my stupid question. But I just don't understand. My grammar might be awful. I am just working hard on it.

CharmYouWhy there is no article a?
By the why, should I say "Why there is no article a?" or "Why is there no article a?"
We usually say "Why is that?" so the second one might be more gramatical?

"Why is there no article a?"
Music is a non-count noun.
You can have a piece of music, or a song, or a hymn, or a symphony, but not a music.
