Which preposition is correct?

Dear Sir/Madam:

My preposition is weak, pls tell me which is correct?

1) Do not throw tissues on the sink or basin.
OR
Do not throw tissues in the sink or basin.


2) We have to make them to realize.
OR
We have to meke them realize.

3) He hasn't come office yet.
OR
He hasn't come to office yet.

(1) Do not throw tissues into the sink or basin.
(2) We have to make them realize.
(3) He hasn't come (in)to the office yet.
