Which pattern sounds more natural?

Are they all correct in terms of grammar and expressions?

1.Most of my deep-seated beliefs and knowledge come from reading.

2. Most of the deep-seated beliefs and knowledge in my mind come from reading.

3. Most of the beliefs firmly rooted in my mind come from reading.

I really appreciate your quick reply. As for no 1 and 2, I'm having trouble with the verb choice, because I've used "beliefs" as the plural. In choosing the verb, can I just ignore "beliefs?" Or what about using pieces of knowledge and use the plural verb?

Oh, also, what do you think of this version?

Most of my ideas and pieces of knowledge are based on the books I read in my childhood.

My initial impulse was to consider the beliefs and knowledge a single package. The proximity of uncountable 'knowledge' to the verb helps that decision. If you reverse the subject to 'knowledge
