This is an example sentence from the dictionary:
"She says he is a liar, and if so, he will be fired."

Which part of the sentence does she say?
All of the later part?
"He is a liar, and if so, he will be fired."

Or, only this part?
"He is a liar, he will be fired."

Or, it's depend on context?
