Which or to which

Most towns have at least one second-hand shop run by a charity, [which / to which] people give things they no longer want so that they can be sold to raise money for the charity.

which is correct ??

I think "which" is correct because there's no object of "give" in the sentence.

Am I wrong?

I'm still not sure. I suppose all the extra words may be eliminated. I think both are acceptable.
There was a long thread on this years ago. I'll never be able to find it now. The majority felt that the to was absolutely necessary. I ran out of arguments to the contrary!

Whether or not we need the "to" is a separate argument from the business about objects. As Philip said, the object of "to give" is "things." (In this sentence, it's "suits.")
