I have a problem with understanding sentence number 3 and 6 ; 4 and 7; aren't they the same

I don't understand your question but I'll tell you that sentence 2 is incorrect as there is a comma after September. Which is the grammatical subject in none of sentences 3, 4, 6 and 7. CB
