Which or that

Could you tell me if this sentence is correct:
"I was supposed to have a good interpreter, but she was not aware of technical terms in my field, which (or that) made my life difficult".

It should be which as far as the relative pronoun goes. Technically, you could say and that instead of which , but you can't use plain that after the second comma.
