which ones are ungrammatical?

Hi there,

Imagine Person A is showing Person B around his/her library.... Imagine the following monologue:

V.#1 Per.A: Can you see these books? These are my books. V.#2 Per.A: Can you see these books? It is my books.
V.#3 Per.A: Can you see these books? They are my books. V.#4 Per.A: Can you see these books? They are mine.
V.#5 Per.A: Can you see these books? These books are mine.

Which versions (#1 thru #5) are ungrammatical (or sound weird to you)?

Given the situation, they all sound weird to me. Unless Person B is blind or severely visually impaired, "Can you see?" is not a good start. These sound more idiomatic to my ear, supposing a surprisingly large number of books:

Entering the library:

Wait till you see the books I've got!
