Which ones are grammatically correct?

sentence 1 - The meeting has started..
sentence 2 - The meeting is started
sentence 3 - The meeting has been started

Sentences 2 & 3 seem to be in passive form..

please clarify which ones are grammatically correct..

The meeting has been started I suppose this is possible but it strikes me as impossibly awkward.

Regarding the sentence "The meeting is starting" - so u wanted to mean the meeting is not yet started but it is is being started ?

"is" being present tense and "started" being past tense don't seem to go together very well. If you have a specific context where "is started" is used please post it.
