1. I have lived there for 20 years before moving to Alabama.

Or

2. I had been living there fore 20 years before moving to Alabama.

Or

3. I lived there for 20 years before moving to Alabama.

And

1. Bangladesh is larger than Singapore.

Or

2. Bangladesh is larger than Singapore is.
