Which ones are correct?

1. "I'm available for a meeting either on 9th or 10th October 2014 for the time being."

2. "I'm available for a meeting both on 9th and 10th October 2014 for the time being."

3. "I'm available to attend a meeting either on 9th or 10th October 2014 for the time being."

4. "I'm available to attend a meeting both on 9th and 10th October 2014 for the time being."
