Which ones are correct?

1.A. "Whether it be true, we shall proceed"

2.A. "He keeps the faith, though he face so many trials"

I would say,

If it is true, we shall proceed.

3. "His suggestion is that Mr. Drake comes to the meeting on time today"

The third one could be in the subjunctive, even in modern speech.

I suggest he be on time. -- With a suggestion, command, recommendation, etc. in the subjunctive, the verb goes to the main form. So "His suggestion was that he come" is right. (I'm told that the subjunctive is much more common in the US than in other English-speaking nations.)
