Which ones are correct?

Let's say for the last 1 year, I have taught my cousin for the first 6 months and my sibling for the next 6 months.

Can I say:

I have taught for 1 year with my cousin and sibling.

I have taught them for half a year each.

I have taught both of them for 6 months.

I have taught my cousin and sibling 6 months each.

Which ones convey accurately?

Thanks
