Which one to use: come or came?

I've always been confused with the use of "come" and "came". When I go to any place where I need to talk with a receptionist/cashier, let's say, a store, a school or a clinic, what should I say when I arrive to...?

The store
I come/came to pick up my online order.
I come/came to return this product.

The school
I come/came to enroll to the English class.
I come to see what open courses you have.

The clinic
I come/came to see a doctor.

I have read different grammar articles about this but each one say something different. That's why I'm so confused.

Thank you.
