Which one should use in these situations? Take, Get, Grab or Pick up?

Hello,

I know all these words have several difference meanings so i will write examples to be more specific.

When talking about entering a car/vehicle and using it right now.

I'll take the car.

I'll grab the car.

I'll get the car.

When talking about giving a ride to someone in a vehicle.

I've already heard these expressions:

Come pick me up please.

Go get "x person".

Could i also say...

Come get me please.

Go pick "x person" up.

???

When talking about taking an object from any surface.

Pick it up.

Take it.

Get it.

Grab it.

Which ones should i use?
