(3) and (4) are both incorrect. (3) should be "... listen to it", and also there is an incorrect space after "news". There is no obvious unique correction to (4). "He put the dishes in the dishwasher and went out" would be correct, for example.

"grammatically False" is not a good phrase (and there is no reason for "false" to be capitalised). "grammatically correct" is OK.
