Which one of these two phrases sound more natural?

A. The product will cost you the same price regardless of whether I purchase it for you or you do it yourself.

B. The product will cost you the same price regardless of whether you want me to purchase it for you or you do it yourself.


In the second I added "you want me to." Is that necessary?
