Which one of these sentences is correct?

I bought enough curry, which would last me at least a decade or so I estimated
I bought enough curry, which will last me at least a decade or so I estimated

I think the second one is correct because "would" imply a possibility or expectation and therefore can't be accompanied with "or so I estimated".

They may look and sound correct. But If my interpretation of the intended notion was: I estimated that I bought enough curry to last me at least ten years, then I think there is a structural and pattern flaw in my opinion.
The meaning of "enough" is intrinsically abstract. When we express "enough" as in the above context, the logical and idiomatic pattern is " I + verb...enough to + last + modifying clause". To me, the "which" clause is unnecessary. To convey the same concept more effectively and idiomatically correct, consider this revision:
I bought enough curry to last

at least ten years. Note that the phrase "I estimated" is removed because phrases like " at least", " or so", "probably" and "perhaps" are all suggestive of estimation by nature.

As to the use of "will" or "would", in general, "will" always suggest a stronger notion / likelihood/ tone.
That's just my observation.
