Which one of these imperative sentences sound natural?

1. Check if the mininum version of Emacs is 28.2


2. Check if the minimum version of Emacs is at least 28.2

Isn't "at least" redundant in this sentence?

3. Check if the minimum version of Emacs is 28.2 or higher

I think by using "minimum" adding "or higher" is unnecessary because it is already implied. Am I Right?


Also, does rewording it like below sound better?:

Check if the minimum Emacs version is 28.2


Context:

Emacs is a text editor.
