1. What is your dressing looking like?
2. What is it like your dressing?

#2 is incorrect. #1 is correct, but more common is eg What does your dressing look like?

What do you mean by 'your dressing? eg your salad dressing? eg the bandage for your wound?

I f you are talking about 'clothes', 'dressing' is not a correct word to use.
