Which one of the options do you prefer?

Can you do me a favor? Lily went home with Sara after school. Ken left a message for me, but I've been busy at work. I had to stay an hour longer, so I didn't see it until now / so I haven't seen it until now / so I have just seen it now / so I have only just seen it now. So could you pick her up and drive her home?

Which one of the underscored options do you prefer here? Or would you say something else? ('it' in the sentence refers to the message)

I’d say ‘… so I’ve only just seen it’, (without ‘now’, but the others aren’t wrong).
