Which one of the following sentences is correct?

"Had it not rained, the result of this match could have been different."

"If it had not rained today, the result of this match could have been different."

"It rained today during the match, otherwise the result of this match could have been different."

Please correct me if I'm wrong and please do tell me if there are any other ways to write this sentence. Also, will it change the meaning of this sentence if I used "would" instead of "could"? Thank you.
