If someone says all my friends are sleeping. But I have woken for 2 or 3 hour.

So, may i say "I am waking dear".

Please elaborate, how can i reply in Present Continuous tense?

No, but you can say I am awake. To emphasize the fact that you have been awake for two hours, you can say I have been awake for two hours, or better still, I woke up two hours ago.
