Which one is the proper question?

If I want to know what kind of company the employer run, which of the follwowing questions are proper?
1) what kind of company is your company?
2) what is your company doing?
3) what does your company do?
4) what line of business is your company in?
5) what kind of business is yours?

which one is comonly used and grammatically correct? if none , what are they?
