which one is the correct answer?

1.
M: Let’s get together for a drink.
W: ______________________
(a) I don’t like that.
(b) It was my treat.
(c) Sure, when?
(d) Do you have to?

(c) sounds perfectly OK to me but (a) also seems a possible answer... Can anybody explain why (a) couldn't be a possible choice in this question??

(a) doesn't fit naturally. 'That' doesn't really have an antecedent. A better way of turning down the invitation might be: Thanks, but I'm really very busy these days; You know I don't drink any more.

The prompt (Let's ...) is an offer, a suggestion.
The response has to be an acceptance or a rejection of the offer. Yes or no, basically. (sure qualifies as a "yes".)

A statement of dislike of something is not either an acceptance or a rejection. It fails to meet the "felicity conditions" of the situation.

An equivalent is:
-- Can you meet with us at 3 o'cloc
