Which one is suitable in/for formal letter writing

Are these sentences related to the matter of formal letter writing?

1. Awaiting for your/the reply.
2. Waiting for your/the reply.
3. Waiting for your/the feed back.
4. Waiting for your/the response.
5. Hoping for your/the reply.
6. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
7. I am looking forward for your/the reply.

Waiting for a reply.
Waiting for your reply.
Looking forward to hear from you.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Subash, I feel the #4 sentence in my post is wrong. Omit it. The infinitive to hear is a blunder here.

Several of the choices mentioned earlier are only phrases. My advice is to use only full sentences in a formal letter.
