Which one is most appropriate?

I would like to write a negative sentence which is "more likely to be true" (but no proof). Which one of the following sentences is most appropriate?

1) This model may not be suited for simulation.

2) This model may be not suited for simulation.

3) This model may be unsuited for simulation.

Thanks in advance.

Sorry, I wondering... Does "suited" mean "suitable" in the sentences. If so, then #1 and # 3 are both correct.

This sounded like some kind of "disclaimer" which is usually expressed in a broader context with "may".
