Hello, experts?
I've got one question here, again.
As far as I know the following two sentences are grammatically correct.
But I want to know which one sounds more natural to you.
I don't have an eye or ear for that. So I'm asking you.
1) Continuing rubbing the ice with the broom leads to the stone going straight.
2) Continuing rubbing of the ice with the broom leads to the stone going straight.
Thank you for your precious time in advance.
They're both a little off. I'd expect the following: Continually rubbing the ice with the broom leads to the stone going straight . Better: Continually rubbing the ice with the broom makes the stone go straight .
