The first one. But it would be more common to say 'I wasn't able to find it.' or 'I couldn't find it.'

wouldn't use "manage" in a song

Tomer, very broadly:

"I didn't manage to" means you tried but you were not successful.

"I didn't get to" means that you did not have the opportunity to do it. Something prevented you from trying, whether it was someone blocking your way or simply not having enough time. (Note: "I didn't get to it" means I didn't start this task (yet). Do you have that report I asked for? N
