Which one is more appropriate?

As requested, we have last week delivered to M/s. Creation Décor all the items that had been kept in our premises

As requested, all the items which were being kept in our premises, were delivered to M/s. Creation Décor last week.

As requested, we delivered all the items (which were being kept in our premises) to M/s. Creation Décor last week

I would prefer the second but there is nothing wrong with the third. In the first version, the use of present perfective ("have delivered") with "last week" seems awkward.
