2. Her husky voice suits on this song.

#2 is the most appropriate.

#1 is wrong, but if you add "the" it's the best choice. The huskiness of her voice suits this song.

#3 would be much better with "With her husky voice, this song is great." The "goes well" sounds very unnatural.
