Which one is grammatically correct and appropriate one?

As scheduled, all the items on the attached list were handed over to the client on [date].

As scheduled, on [date], we handed over all the items on the attached list to the client.

As scheduled, we delivered to the client on [date] all the items as described in the attached list.

"Hand over" and "deliver" are two different concepts.

We deliver things like batteries, chairs, apples, or blue jeans.
We hand over things like project management, maintenance of a website, and other responsibilities.
