Which one is grammatically correct? Again. :)

Yeah, I know, the question is stupid. What I am actually after, is to know which one of these phrases seems more plausible and accurate to you. Here we go:

Which one do you think is more accurate or better to say?

I've told you all I know.
or
I've told you all I knew.

Now, this isn't a case of fight between friends or trying to correct others or stuff. It is, in part, extremely personal. I have been reading this book and I have seen this phrase(the first one) and I didn't think it was being used correctly, that's all.

Both can be correct,.

I've told you all I know. Sounds like I told you eg 2 minutes ago, and I still know it now.

I've told you all I knew.
eg I've told you all that I knew last week. But now I know more than I knew last wee

This is a completely idiomatic, everyday kind of sentence.

As is typical, the tenses match. I have told you all I know.

The backshifted version is not heard much: I had told you all I knew.
