Which sentence is correct
1- sorry for all of you
2- sorry to all of you
Or both are not in best context

I'm sorry for all of you = I care about your unfortunate situation.
I'm sorry to all of you = I apologize. (But this is a little odd as it stands. Perhaps: I need to say I'm sorry to all of you.)
