Which one is correct sentence of the following?

Where were your shoes made?
Where did your shoes made?
Where did your shoes make?
Where have your shoes made?

The only correct one is "Where were your shoes made?"

"Where did your shoes made?" is ungrammatical.

"Where did your shoes make?" and "Where have your shoes made?" appear to be asking about the location in which the shoes carried out the action "make". This does not make sense since shoes cannot "make" anything (in any relevant sense), and, in any case, "make" is almost never intransitive.
