Which one is correct sentence?

Hi.
I have some confusion about the following sentence.

1. It was broken, but it's OK. Now. It (has been repaired).
2. It was broken, but it's OK. Now. It (is being repaired).
3. It was broken, but it's OK. Now. It (was repaired).

It seems that you may be using brackets ( ...) to highlight portions of text. This is confusing. Brackets are not suitable for this purpose. Instead you can use bold text, like this.

I don't understand why you have made "Now" a one-word sentence. This is not correct in this context. You can say:

It was broken, but it's OK now. It has / It's been repaired.

And in your answer at "It's been repaired", Did you mean this? "It has been repaired".

If you can't operate the buttons, you can create bold text by enclosing the text within a pair of asterisks, *......*. Do not put a space after the opening asterisk or before the closing asterisk.

This is a shorthand way of showing that there are two possibilities:

It has been repaired.
It's been repaired.

"It's" is a contraction of "It has". It is very common in spoke
