Which one is correct? Help,please.

1. I have been to Bath several times and enjoy the hot springs there.
2. I have been to Bath several times and has enjoyed the hot springs there.
3.I have been to Bath several times and enjoyed the hot springs there.
I am always confused by the tenses of English.Please help me.

2. I have been to Bath several times and have enjoyed the hot springs there.
3.I have been to Bath several times and enjoyed the hot springs there.
If you said this to me, I'd understand 'enjoyed' as an abbreviation of 'have enjoyed'.
