Which one is correct grammatically?

Hi guys,
Could you please tell me which one is correct?

In unsupervised learning, there is no ground truth information given.
In unsupervised learning, there is no ground truth information is given.

and would it be correct, if I use it like this:

In unsupervised learning, no ground truth information is given.

That also sound a little bit off to me too. I copied it from an slide of a professor, but since I am not a native English speaker, I assume it might be an expression that I don't know. Just out of curiosity, could you please give me an alternative of that p
