Any of these is possible: Note:"math" is American English, "maths" is more British English. I had done my/the math exercises before my mom got home. I had done exercises from my math class before my mom got home.

Say 'in'. But more natural is this.
eg I did math exercises before my mom got home.

Past Perfect is not wrong, but Simple Past is more common when a word like 'before' makes the sequence of events obvious.

I think you meant "before" not "below".

On the subject, "mom" is also American. The British equivalent is "mum".
