The above order was arrived from Germany through postal services. I went to the postal department yesterday for clearing the items but their customs department sked us to get a certificate from ministry of information in order to release shipment. The items are now held at postal customs department.
As informed by postal departmen, I went to their office yesterday for clearing the items arrived from Germany via post, but they asked us produce the certificate from ministry of information in order to clear the shipment. The shipment is now held at postal customs department. Therefore, we need to submit the sample or catalogue to the ministry for get an approval to clear the shipment.
