Which One Is Correct?

Hi, guys.

I'm a little confused about this sentence. I'd like to know which one is correct, and if both are, then which one is better or strong:

Stop prevaricating, and tell me what I should do.

or

Stop prevaricating, and tell me what should I do.

Thanks,

Brian
