The items which supplied, does not meet to our site requirement. It was not delivered by requirement priority.
The items which supplied, were not based on our site requirement priority.

We have asked our supplier to deliver the item according to the site requirement priority, but they supplied the items for the area where the work has not completed. Shall I write as follows.

I mean the items to be delivered by priority wise like area ready receive the items, but they supplied thr items for the area which is not ready to receive it. . Shall I write as above?
