Which one is correct

1.The bank provided the close out balance in the amount of $1,000.00 to Jane on January 12th.

2.The bank provided the close out balance to Jane in the amount of $1,000.00 on January 12th.

Both are correct. (I'd use "close - out", though. You don't like hyphens, do you?
