Except for one minor problem, both are well formed grammatically. I hope you can see that the second version is better. Verbs in the active voice generally lead to clearer writing. For example, in your first sentence I know that the items came back from KIE, but you don't actually say that KIE did the repairs. Your second sentence makes that explicit. (A preference for the active voice should be just that, a preference, not a hard and fast rule. The passive voice is useful when you don't know or don't wish to identify the actor, when the party acted upon is more important than the party acting, and sometimes when modifying clauses make the active construction awkward.)

The minor problem appears in the second version. "Items" is a plural antecedent, so it's pronoun must be plural ("them"), not singular ("it"). I'm assuming that TNT is the TNT Express delivery service. You might not want to use "TNT" standing alone, since it has another, more explosive connotation.

KI Electronics has repaired the follows items and returned them to us by TNT Express.
