Which one is correct?

I'm not sure which one is correct. I'd be grateful if anyone could help me. Thanks:

1. I've already sent this message to you a few weeks ago . However, since I didn't hear from you, I thought it has gone unnoticed.

2. I've already sent this message to you a few weeks ago . However, since I didn't hear from you, I thought it had gone unnoticed.

3. I've already sent this message to you a few weeks ago . However, since I didn't hear from you, I thought it might have gone unnoticed.

We'd be unlikely to combine a present perfect + already with a past-time marker in the same clause in BrE. I'd say either "I've already sent this message to you" or "I sent this message to you a few weeks ago".
