1. I will make him drunk, then will steal his money.

2. I will make him get drunk, then will steal his money.

I think that the most natural way to say this would be: "I'll get him drunk, then still his money."

Of the two sentences you posted, though, I'd say the second one sounds better.

I agree with theIslander. I'd be most likely to use the verb "get" in this context. You also need to fix the comma splice.
