Which one is correct?

Hello, I want to say that many perfumes from Hugo Boss are starting from 10 dollars, but I don't know how to express myself: Is it: Perfumes Hugo Boss from 10 dollars or Hugo Boss perfume from 10 dollars?
I would use the first example, but then I saw a lot of sentances from second example.

"Hugo Boss perfumes from $10" is not a grammatically complete sentence, but would be fine for a sign next to the products or a headline in an advertisement.

"Hugo Boss perfumes start from $10" is probably the simplest complete sentence.

Hello GPY and thanks for swift response,

It is for advertising purpose.

May I have further questions? Like you said that simplest complete sentence is HB perfumes start from $10'. But is also correct this: HB perfumes starting from *** or HB perfumes starting at ***. If not, what is the difference?

Thanks a lot in advance
